Propdeals allows homeowners to take control of communication surrounding their property, by being able to submit specific requests to agents, from finding buyers to meet your dream price, or getting a quick in-app appraisal. All delivered in Propdeals in-built messaging system, meaning you never have to give your information away.
Propdeals has the goal of creating a more transparent, simple, and empowering Real Estate industry for the homeowner.
For most Australians, their home is their biggest asset. The current agent-owner relationship leaves owners confused, frustrated, and resentful towards their local agents. With Propdeals, we want to flip the script and put the homeowner in the drivers seat when it comes to receiving important information about their property, and be confident that they are choosing the right agent.
Currently, Propdeals is only available on IOS devices.

Propdeals is completely free to use for all homeowners and prospective buyers. With no hidden costs or in-app purchases.
Licensed agents pay Propdeals a service fee to use the app and build relationships with homeowners, which however is still significantly cheaper than most alternative platforms (we don’t charge agents commission).

You have no obligation to work with or respond to any agent who contacts you through Propdeals.
